ASI’s Velare™ Behind the Mirror (BTM) cabinet system is designed with looks and safety in mind. Paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers are concealed behind a mirror in a cabinet manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel. The cabinet features a top hinged mirrored door with twin damped gas springs to assist opening and has a lock in the bottom. Two backlit icons indicate the location of soap and hand drying functions provided from the bottom of each module.

• Grade 304 stainless steel cabinet.
• 6mm thick frameless tempered glass with pencil edges and eased corners.
• Wall brackets supplied.
• The stainless steel cabinet conceals a hands-free automatic liquid soap dispenser with a 1.5 litre capacity and a paper towel dispenser with a 500 towel capacity.
• The door has a stainless steel intermediate stiffener and stainless steel back plate with integral welded support mounts, hinge and lock keeper.
• The mirrored door is attached to the cabinet using a full width 4.8mm diameter concealed piano hinge.
• Locked using a tumbler lock and key.
• Support for mirror door is provided by twin damped gas springs to assist opening from 15° to 90° with soft-stop cushion at full open and when lowering to full closed position for locking.
• Mirror backlit icons operate on 12V DC transformer.
• Quad (double-duplex) outlet (by others) required in back of cabinet for hand dryer and transformers.

Unit Specification:

• 500 towel capacity dispenser on left hand side.
• Hands free 1.5 litre liquid soap dispenser with 6V AC/DC transformer on right hand side.

Soap Viscosity and pH requirements: 

• Viscosity Range (mPa·s or cP): 100 – 3k.
• pH Range: 5.5 ~ 8.5.

• Width: 600mm.
• Height: 900mm.
• Depth: 192mm.
• Matching filler modules are available as spacers between or at end of cabinets sized 375mm and 591mm.
